I
am moving for new legislature to be enstated. This legislature will call for
anyone with operable reproductive systems to undergo a few simple tests at
the age of eighteen. These tests will be the following:
- Standard IQ Test
- Proof of Employment
- Proof of Insurance
- Proof of Residence
Now, at the ripe old age of eighteen, most people
are not going to pass those tests, at least not to my standards. My standards
are 110+ for the IQ test, "yes" and making $45,000+ per year, yes,
and yes. However, if they don't pass those tests, they may retake them whenever
they wish. This is all leading up to this: You want a child? Swipe your damn
card. If there is a violation (child being born without tests being passed),
those people will be fined $20,000 and the child will become a ward of the
state until an adoption may be arranged. If they can't pay on the spot, that's
fine, they can just sign over a lung or a kidney, or some other semi-vital
organ.
Hopefully this legislature will (when I become
a powerful politicial and/or world overlord) be voted into effect. This would
cut down on pregnancy among, stupid, poor, and uneducated people. The main
reason I want to do this is because of these dumb bastard's kids is going to
hold me up outside a Wal-Mart, put a bullet in my ass, and leave me bleeding
to death. Vote for me, before this happens.
